How the Ticket Process Works

Every request is tracked from submission through resolution.

Submit the ticket Enter the issue category, location, device name if known, and a clear description of the problem.
IT receives the request Your company receives the support request and reviews the issue details.
Ticket is updated The ticket status may be changed to reviewed, assigned, in progress, waiting, resolved, or closed.
Issue is resolved Resolution notes are added and the ticket is closed once the issue is complete.
